Home Child Care Provider definition

Home Child Care Provider. The individual with West End Home Child Care Services has established an agreement for the provision of childcare on their home premises. Staff: Individual employed by the licensee (e.g., home consultant, supervisor, director).
Home Child Care Provider means any person who provides Home Child Care for one or more Children.

  • Children are not permitted to play in any standing body of water, on premises or off premises, while under the supervision of the Home Child Care Provider.

  • The parent/guardian will give the Home Child Care Provider specific written instructions from the physician, including a written schedule to administer the medicine.

  • Health care professional means a physician or other health care practitioner licensed, accredited or certified to perform specified health care services consistent with state law.
