Home DGS means the Deposit Guarantee Scheme established in the Member State in which a Member Institution has been authorised pursuant to Article 8 of Directive 2013/36/EU.

Examples of Home DGS in a sentence

  • The Parties may agree, exceptionally, that the Host DGS will assist the Home DGS in handling the currency exchange.

  • In order to assess the amount of prefunding, a fee per depositor calculated using the cost matrix mentioned hereinabove shall be paid by the Home DGS to the Host DGS before the Host DGS starts the Repayment.

  • In such case, the Home DGS shall continue to bear the currency exchange costs.

  • It does not release the Home DGS from its duty to meet any Costs related to the Payout Process and to pay without delay Costs which are exceeding initial advance payment.

  • Marijuana wholesaler means a person who purchases marijuana items in this state for resale to a person other than a consumer.

  • Chain pharmacy warehouse means a physical location for prescription drugs that acts as a central warehouse and performs intracompany sales or transfers of the prescription drugs to a group of chain pharmacies that have the same common ownership and control.

  • Retail marijuana store means an entity licensed to purchase Retail Marijuana from a Retail Marijuana Cultivation Facility and to purchase Retail Marijuana Product from a Retail Marijuana Products Manufacturing Facility and to sell Retail Marijuana and Retail Marijuana Product to consumers.

  • Pharmacy means prescribed drugs and medicines dispensed by a pharmacist and/or travel and allergy vaccines dispensed by a pharmacist or doctor.

  • Tobacco means cigarettes, cigars, chewing or pipe tobacco, or any other item that contains tobacco.

  • Spirits means any beverage which contains alcohol obtained by distillation mixed with drinkable water and other substances in solution, including, but not limited to, brandy, rum, whisky, and gin.
