Off-Site Location means any real property other than the Real Property.
private land means any land that has been or may hereafter be alienated from the Crown for any estate of freehold, or is or may hereafter be the subject of any conditional purchase agreement, or of any lease or concession with or without a right of acquiring the fee simple thereof (not being a pastoral lease within the meaning of the Land Administration Act 1997 or a lease or concession otherwise granted by or on behalf of the Crown for grazing purposes only or for timber purposes or a lease of Crown land for the use and benefit of the Aboriginal inhabitants) but —
Unimproved Land means land on which no development (other than improvements that are not material and are temporary in nature) has occurred.
SITE / LOCATION means any Site where BHARAT PETROLEUM CORPORATION LTD. desires to receive materials any where in India as mentioned in RFQ.
Off-site facility means a structural BMP located outside the subject property boundary described in the permit application for land development activity.
Existing Manufactured Home Park or Manufactured Home Subdivision means a manufactured home park or subdivision for which the construction of facilities for servicing the lots on which the manufactured homes are to be affixed (including, at a minimum, the installation of utilities, the construction of streets, and either final site grading or the pouring of concrete pads) was completed before the initial effective date of the floodplain management regulations adopted by the community.
Mixed-use property means an eligible property that includes three or more residential units and may also contain a commercial property component in the same building.
Leased Land means land which is the subject of a lease granted under section 60 or 93G; S. 3 def. of "lessee" amended by No. 39/1997 s. 4(2)(b).
Mobile home space means a parcel of land for rent which has been designed to accommodate a mobile home and provide the required sewer and utility connections.
Site Lease or “Lease” means the Site Lease of even date herewith, by and between the District and the Lessor together with any duly authorized and executed amendment thereto under which the District leases the Site to the Lessor.
Regulated motor vehicle surface means any of the following, alone or in combination:
Excavation zone means the volume containing the tank system and backfill material bounded by the ground surface, walls, and floor of the pit and trenches into which the UST system is placed at the time of installation.
Underground facility means any item which shall be buried or placed below ground for use in connection with the storage or conveyance of water, sewage, electronic, telephone or telegraphic communications, electric energy, oil, gas or other substances, and shall include, but not be limited to pipes, sewers, conduits, cables, valves, lines, wires, manholes, attachments and those portions of poles and their attachments below ground.
Mortgaged Premises means any real property which shall now or hereafter be subject to a Note Mortgage and/or an ABL Mortgage.
Manufactured home park means any tract of land upon which three or more manufactured or mobile homes used for habitation are parked, either free of charge or for revenue purposes, and includes any roadway, building, structure, vehicle, or enclosure used or intended for use as a part of the facilities of the park. "Manufactured home park" does not include any of the following:
Mortgaged Property shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.
Qualified buildings means construction of new structures,
Rehabilitation facility means a non-residential facility that provides therapy and training rehabilitation services at a single location in a coordinated fashion, by or under the supervision of a physician pursuant to the law of the jurisdiction in which treatment is provided. The center may offer occupational therapy, physical therapy, vocational training, and special training such as speech therapy. The facility may be either of the following:
Hotel Property for any hotel means the Real Property and the Personal Property for such hotel.
Federal property means any build- ing, land, or other real property owned, leased, or occupied by any department, agency or instrumentality of the United States (including the Depart- ment of Defense and the U.S. Postal Service), or any other instrumentality wholly owned by the United States, or by any department or agency of the District of Columbia or any territory or possession of the United States.
Worksite location means a construction site or other temporary worksite in this state at which the employer provides services for more than twenty days during the calendar year. "Worksite location" does not include the home of an employee.
Mortgaged Real Property means each of the parcels of real property set forth on Schedule 4 hereto, or interests therein, owned in fee by a Credit Party, together with each other parcel of Real Property that shall become subject to a Mortgage after the Closing Date, in each case together with all of such Credit Party’s right, title and interest in the improvements and buildings thereon and all appurtenances, easements or other rights belonging thereto.

Borrowing Base Property means Eligible Property and/or Commercial Land that the Administrative Agent has agreed to include in calculations of the Borrowing Base pursuant to Section 4.1. A Property shall be excluded from the determination of the Borrowing Base if at any time such Property shall cease to be an Eligible Property.
Plant Site (Works, Factory) means the local integration of one or more plants, with any intermediate administrative levels, which are under one operational control, and includes common infrastructure, such as:
Rental Property means a hotel room, vacation home, or other rental property You booked for Your stay during Your Trip.
