Site Lease definition

Site Lease or “Lease” means the Site Lease of even date herewith, by and between the District and the Lessor together with any duly authorized and executed amendment thereto under which the District leases the Site to the Lessor.

• Full ownership of the Project shall occur at the end of the Term of this Sublease and payment of any amounts owed under this Sublease, unless this Sublease, the Site Lease or Construction Services Agreement is terminated in accordance with their respective terms and conditions.

• During the Term of this Sublease, the Lessor shall have a leasehold interest in the Site pursuant to the Site Lease.

Site Lease means the Site Lease executed herewith, by and between District and Contractor together with any duly authorized and executed amendments thereto under which District leased the Site to Contractor.
