Site Lease definition

Site Lease or “Lease” means the Site Lease of even date herewith, by and between the District and the Lessor together with any duly authorized and executed amendment thereto under which the District leases the Site to the Lessor.
Site Lease means this Site Lease together with any duly authorized and executed amendment hereto, under which the District leases the Site to Lessee for purposes of providing Preliminary Services and of constructing the Project.
