Hong Kong Court definition

Hong Kong Court means the High Court of Hong Kong and any court capable of hearing appeals therefrom.
Hong Kong Court means the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Hong Kong Court has the meaning ascribed to it in the Recitals.
