Hospitality Operation definition

Hospitality Operation means any hotel or motel operation, conference center, restaurant, bar, or other food and beverage service operation meeting the criteria specified in Section 2.102.050.
Hospitality Operation means (1) any hotel or motel operation that is part of a VTA TOD project, or (2) any conference center, restaurant, bar, or any other food and beverage service operation operated or developed in conjunction with a hotel or motel as part of a VTA TOD project.
Hospitality Operation means the general business operations of a hospitality operator.

  • The City leases its real property along and near the Marina Zone facilities to Hospitality Operation companies, and in so doing faces the same risks and liabilities as private businesses participating in management of similar facilities.

  • Railway Operation means the construction and operation under this Agreement of the relevant Railway and associated access roads and Additional Infrastructure (if any) within the relevant Railway Corridor and of the associated Lateral Access Roads, in accordance with approved proposals;

(E) The term "Territory" for purposes of this Unit Agreement shall mean the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and the District of Columbia, which are the states and Territories in which SunTrust has significant operations on the date of this Unit Agreement. (F) "Trade Secret" for purposes of Unit Agreement shall mean information, including, but not limited to, technical or nontechnical data, a formula, a pattern, a compilation, a program, a device, a method, a technique, a drawing, a process, financial data, financial plans, product plans, or a list of actual or potential customers or suppliers that: (i) derives economic value, actual or potential, from not being generally known to, and not being readily ascertainable by proper means by, other persons who can obtain economic value from it is disclosure or use, and (ii) is the subject of reasonable efforts by SunTrust or a SunTrust Affiliate to maintain its secrecy.

  • Operating Company has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • System Operations means the Power Producer's operation; maintenance and repair of the System performed in accordance the requirement herein.
