Host community fee definition

Host community fee means a municipal corporation or township fee adopted pursuant to division (C) of section 3734.57 of the Revised Code.
Host community fee has the meaning attributed to it in Section 3;
Host community fee means the annual payment described in Section 2.3 of this Agreement.

Related to Host community fee

  • Community basin means an infiltration system, sand filter designed to infiltrate, standard constructed wetland, or wet pond, established in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:8-4.2(c)14, that is designed and constructed in accordance with the New Jersey Stormwater Best Management Practices Manual, or an alternate design, approved in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:8-5.2(g), for an infiltration system, sand filter designed to infiltrate, standard constructed wetland, or wet pond and that complies with the requirements of this chapter.

  • Community Association Dues, Fees, and Assessments means all dues, fees, assessments and other charges that are imposed on Borrower or the Property by a condominium association, homeowners association or similar organization.
