Host Limited Partner means each of Host and any other Limited Partner that is an Affiliate of Host.

  • Upon the request of the General Partner or a Host Limited Partner, the Limited Partners shall cooperate with the General Partner to effect a distribution in kind to the General Partner or such Host Limited Partner.

  • Special Limited Partner means WNC Housing, L.P., a California limited partnership, and such other Persons as are admitted to the Partnership as additional or substitute Special Limited Partners pursuant to this Agreement.
