Hosted Application Hours definition
Hosted Application Hours means the hours during which the Enclave Services contemplated under a Quote are to be provided. NeoSystems will make every effort to maintain the Enclave Services at all times on a 24-hour basis excluding the Maintenance Window.
Hosted Application Hours means the hours during which the Services are to be provided as set out in Schedule 3 - The Services Order Sheet (“SOS”). References to "hour(s)" and "minute(s)" in this Agreement will, unless otherwise indicated, be taken only to refer to the elapse of time during Hosted Application Hours.

Escalation levels:- 1- Support analyst notified 2- Support analyst and team leader notified 3- Support analyst, team leader and support manager notified 4- Support analyst, team leader, support manager and director notified Customer can request escalation by contacting Provider “Customer Support” within Hosted Application Hours.
The Hosted Applications will be available to Customer for a minimum of 95% of the Hosted Application Hours.
