• Investor will indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any and all Losses that the Company may suffer or incur as a result of or relating to the inaccuracy in or breach of any representation, warranty, covenant or agreement of the Investor contained in or made pursuant to this Agreement or the Transaction Documents (other than the Magazine Content and Hosting Agreement).
