Hotel Work definition

Hotel Work means Construction Work and/or Renovation Work, as the case may be and the context requires.

Examples of Hotel Work in a sentence

  • Borrower shall cause Redevelopment LLC to use commercially reasonable efforts to complete all Hotel Work as required under the Hotel Purchase Agreement prior to the date on which Borrower will begin to incur the "Daily Late Payment" described therein.

  • All Hotel Work shall be completed pursuant to contracts entered into by 330 Redevelopment LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Redevelopment LLC"), which is affiliated with Borrower by common ownership.

  • You will perform or cause the Hotel Work to be performed in accordance with this Agreement, the approved Plans and Designs, the Manual and, for Renovation Work, the PIP.

  • On the Closing Date, Borrower shall deposit $2,140,000 into a reserve with Collateral Agent (the "Hotel Work Reserve"), out of its own funds (not Loan proceeds).

  • Borrower grants to Collateral Agent (on behalf of the Lenders) a security interest in all funds on deposit in the Hotel Work Reserve.

  • While an Event of Default or Potential Default exists, Collateral Agent shall not be obligated to release to Borrower any portion of the Hotel Work Reserve, and while an Event of Default exists, Collateral Agent shall be entitled, without notice to Borrower, to apply any funds in the Hotel Work Reserve to satisfy Borrower's obligations under the Loan Documents.

Related to Hotel Work

  • Construction Work means any work in connection with⎯

  • tidal work means so much of any work authorised by this Order as is on, under or over tidal waters or tidal lands below the level of high water;

  • Construction Contractor means a person who undertakes to or offers to undertake to, or purports to have the capacity to undertake to, or submits a bid to, or does himself or by or through others, construct, alter, repair, add to, subtract from, improve, move, wreck, or demolish any building, highway, road, railroad, excavation, or other structure, project, development, or improvement to real property, or to do any part thereof. "Construction contractor" includes subcontractors, specialty contractors, prime contractors, and any person receiving consideration for the general supervision and/or coordination of such a construction project except for remediation contracting. This definition shall govern without regard to whether or not the construction contractor is acting in fulfillment of a contract.

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Construction Works means all works and things necessary to complete the Project in accordance with this Agreement;

  • Tenant Improvements Defined in Exhibit B, if any.

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.

Kitchen: Granite platform, ceramic tiles dado upto 2’ height, Stainless Steel sink in Kitchen, Aquaguard point, Connection for washing machine in wash area.

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Building Work has the meaning given to it in section 6 of the Building and Construction Industry (Improving Productivity) Act 2016 (Cth);

  • Installation Work means the construction and installation of the System and the Start-up, testing and acceptance (but not the operation and maintenance) thereof; all performed by or for the Power Producer at the Premises.

  • demolition work means a method to dismantle, wreck, break, pull down or knock down of a structure or part thereof by way of manual labour, machinery, or the use of explosives;

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • construction site means a workplace where construction work is being performed;

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • construction work permit means a document issued in terms of regulation 3; "contractor" means an employer who performs construction work;

  • Home improvement contractor or "contractor" means a person who sells goods and services, or agrees to furnish or render services, to a retail buyer pursuant to a home improvement installment contract, or sells goods and services to a retail buyer pursuant to a home improvement charge agreement, but not in connection with construction of new homes.

  • The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.

  • Excavation work means the making of any man-made cavity, trench, pit or depression formed by cutting, digging or scooping;
