Hourly Bill Rate definition

Hourly Bill Rate means the hourly rate that the Contractor will receive for services provided to the Authorized User by the Selected Candidate.
Hourly Bill Rate means the price per hour per individual that the Contractor receives for the services provided under the Contract. The Hourly Bill Rate is calculated by applying the Personnel Markup to the Hourly Wage Rate.

  • The lowest Hourly Bill Rate for each Market Basket Combination will receive the maximum points for that combination, and all other Hourly Bill Rates will receive a proportionate number of points (Lowest Hourly Bill Rate / Bidder Hourly Bill Rate * Points Value= Points Awarded).

  • Of the Bids that passed step three (3) above, each Market Basket Combination will be evaluated separately using the lowest Hourly Bill Rate to determine the number of points awarded.

More Definitions of Hourly Bill Rate

Hourly Bill Rate means the Hourly Bill Rate the Contractor is permitted to charge an Authorized User for one Candidate for one hour. This is inclusive of all costs incurred by Contractor to provide a Security Guard and/or Fire Safety/EAP Director under and Authorized User Agreement.
Hourly Bill Rate or “Hourly Rate” means the price per hour per individual that Contractor receives for payment for labor that meets the labor category (labor categories are listed in Attachment PRC) qualifications of a labor category, as prescribed in Attachment PRC.

  • T-Bill Rate means, for any Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the average yield expressed as a percentage per annum on three-month Government of Canada Treasury Bills, as reported by the Bank of Canada, for the most recent treasury bills auction preceding the applicable Floating Rate Calculation Date.

  • Bank Bill Rate ’, for an Interest Period, means the average mid rate for Bills having a tenor closest to the Interest Period as displayed on the ‘‘BBSW’’ page of the Reuters Monitor System on the first day of that Interest Period as determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • U.S. Treasury Bill Rate on any date means (i) the Interest Equivalent of the rate on the actively traded Treasury Bill with a maturity most nearly comparable to the length of the related Dividend Period, as such rate is made available on a discount basis or otherwise by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in its Composite 3:30 P.M. Quotations for U.S. Government Securities report for such Business Day, or (ii) if such yield as so calculated is not available, the Alternate Treasury Bill Rate on such date. "Alternate Treasury Bill Rate" on any date means the Interest Equivalent of the yield as calculated by reference to the arithmetic average of the bid price quotations of the actively traded Treasury Bill with a maturity most nearly comparable to the length of the related Dividend Period, as determined by bid price quotations as of any time on the Business Day immediately preceding such date, obtained from at least three recognized primary U.S. Government securities dealers selected by the Auction Agent.

  • Hourly Rate means the proposed fully loaded maximum hourly rates that include travel, per diem, fringe benefits and any overhead costs for contractor personnel, as well as subcontractor personnel if appropriate.

  • Hourly Rates means payment on the basis of time reasonably spent on a case (as opposed to payment by way of a Standard Fee) where payment is based on the rates set out in the Remuneration Regulations;

  • Benchmark Rate means, with respect to any Redemption Date, the rate per annum equal to the annual equivalent yield to maturity or interpolated maturity of the Comparable Benchmark Issue (as defined below), assuming a price for the Comparable Benchmark Issue (expressed as a percentage of its principal amount) equal to the Comparable Benchmark Price for such Redemption Date.

  • Fully Burdened Hourly Labor Rate means an hourly rate that includes all salary, overhead costs, general and administrative expenses, and profit.

  • Interest Settlement Rate As defined in Section 4.08.

  • Straight-time rate means the hourly rate of remuneration.

  • Canadian Base Rate means the rate determined by the Agent as the higher of (i) the annual rate of interest announced by the Agent (or any of its branches) as being its “prime rate” for determining interest rates on Canadian Dollar-denominated commercial loans made by it in Canada and (ii) the BA Rate (after giving effect to any minimum rate set forth in the definition thereof) for a one month BA Interest Period commencing on such day (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day) plus 1.00%.

  • Reuters Screen US PRIME 1 Page means the display on the “US PRIME 1” page on the Reuters 3000 Xtra service, or any successor service, or any replacement page or pages on that service, for the purpose of displaying prime rates or base lending rates of major U.S. banks.

  • Money Rates listing under the caption “London Interbank Offered Rates” for a one month period (or, if no such rate is published therein for any reason, then the Published Rate shall be the rate at which U.S. dollar deposits are offered by leading banks in the London interbank deposit market for a one month period as published in another publication selected by the Administrative Agent).

  • Average Daily Balance means the balance sum computed by dividing the sum of the balance outstanding on each day from the first day of the next Billing Period by the number of days in that Billing Period. For the purpose of computation, each day’s balance is determined by adjusting the Total New Balance with payments, credit, cash withdrawal, purchases of goods and/or services obtained on the Sales Drafts and/or Cash Withdrawal Drafts received by Maybank before the Closing Date of each Billing Period;

  • CDOR Rate is defined in the definition of “Eurocurrency Rate” herein.
