If the Resident wishes to cancel this Agreement or their residence application, the Resident must cancel their application in their My Housing Portal account prior to occupying the Room.
Room assignments can be viewed by logging into the Housing Portal.
Students requesting reasonable accommodations for housing based on an accessibility need or a medical condition must submit their request for said accommodations via the Housing Portal during the application process.
Appeals must be submitted in writing using the Appeal Form (located in the Housing Portal under Requests).

The Resident may not occupy a Room, unless (i) the Resident is currently enrolled and maintaining status as a full-time student in good standing at the Institution; (ii) this Agreement is executed by all parties, with all information acknowledged on the Terms and Condition step on the My Housing Portal; (iii) the Deposit as to section 2.02 is paid in full; (iv) all Residence Fees then due and payable are paid in full as stated in section 2.03; (v) and the Manager has designated a Room for the Resident.
