Students and staff have from 2 to 6 weeks to nomlnate themselves. Alter the nomination, the committee conslstlng of IR officer, Vice-Xxxxxx for Internatlonal Cooperatlon, Erasmus+ KA 107 faculty coordinators make the decisian on which students are to be nominated. Faculty coordlnators must recommend students from their respectlve facultles and other coardinators must agree wlth the recommendation. The recommendation is based on the academic merit, Engllsh language knowledge, and motivation of the student. To nominate themselves, the students must submit a ev (ln Europass in Engllsh), passport (flrst page with the photo), learning agreement /Work pian, Engllsh language proficiency certlficate B1 level (we accept the certificates issued by the home university), Transcript of records, motivation letter and reference letter (both in Englísh) are optional. The nomlnatlon for teachlng and training staff must include, the activity pian, letter of motivation (in English), proof of Engllsh language proflclency (B2), and Europass O/ (in English). Recognition tools: We guarantee credits transfer at the end of the mobility for every student who participates in any mobility program as well as for every free-mover. For that purpose, we have adopted a Rulebook on moblllty that enables the student to fully enjoy not only the moblllty period abroad but also to have a worry-free return to his/her home instltutlon. The students are introduced to the procedure before they start their mobility.
