Housing definition

Housing means residential housing including dwellings and other forms of residential accommodation;
Housing means residential accommodation and facilities, common areas and services used directly with the residential accommodation. Housing does not include commercial or institutional premises, social or recreational services, and services or facilities related to mental or physical health care, education, corrections, food services, social support or public recreation;

  • For the avoidance of doubt such residual Surplus shall be a positive sum of money and shall not be equal to or more than 100% of the cost to the developer/s of the relevant Viability Review Phase of providing one Affordable Housing Unit of whatever type tenure or size within that Viability Review Phase.

  • Tenant shall indemnify, defend (with counsel acceptable to Landlord) and hold Landlord and its Housing Authority harmless from all liability for any and all liens, claims, demands, together with the costs of defense and reasonable attorneys’ fees related to same.

  • Such proportions shall be expressed as a percentage (in column 2 of Table 3) of the total quantum of the Affordable Housing Units in that Viability Review Phase comprising the Additional Affordable Housing Provision (if any).
