Housing definition

Housing means residential accommodation and facilities, common areas and services used directly with the residential accommodation. Housing does not include commercial or institutional premises, social or recreational services, and services or facilities related to mental or physical health care, education, corrections, food services, social support or public recreation;
Housing means residential housing including dwellings and other forms of residential accommodation;
Housing means housing as defined in Iowa Code section 16.1(16)“a.”

Housing means new or rehabilitated structures with 8 or more residential units in 1 or more of the structures for occupancy and use by elderly or disabled persons, including essential contiguous land and related facilities as well as all personal property of the corporation, association, or limited dividend housing corporation used in connection with the facilities.
