HSN Distribution Record Date definition

HSN Distribution Record Date means such date as may be determined by the IAC Board as the record date for the HSN Distribution.

Related to HSN Distribution Record Date

  • Distribution Record Date means the Confirmation Date.

  • Income Account Record Date means the "Record Dates" set forth in the "Essential Information" in the Prospectus.

  • Certificate Distribution Account has the meaning assigned to such term in the Trust Agreement.
