HTS Business definition

HTS Business means the business of manufacturing opto-device Products for telecommunication, information application and industrial uses operated by HTS as of the Closing.
HTS Business means the business of manufacturing opto-device laser diodes, laser diode modules, photo diodes, modulators and infra-red emitting diodes for telecommunication, information application and industrial uses operated by Hitachi Tohbu Semiconductor, Ltd. as of October 1, 2002.
HTS Business means the regional sports programming business conducted by HTS.
