The Hualapai Tribe, in accordance with State law, may assign any long-term storage credit accrued as a result of storage described in clause (ii), subject to the condition that the Hualapai Tribe shall not assign any long-term storage credit ac- crued as a result of the storage of Hualapai Tribe CAP water that has been firmed pursu- ant to subsection (b)(1).
