Special agent means an employee of the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control whom the
Contractor Representative means any of the following:
Managing general agent or "MGA" means any person who:
Licensee representative means an owner, director, officer, manager, employee, agent, or other representative of a licensee, to the extent that the person acts in a representative capacity.
Authorized City Representative means the Mayor, City Manager, Finance Director, City Clerk or such other person at the time designated to act on behalf of the City as evidenced by written certificate furnished to the Company and the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the City by its Mayor. Such certificate may designate an alternate or alternates each of whom shall be entitled to perform all duties of the Authorized City Representative.
Distributor representative means a representative employed by a distributor branch or distributor.
Biological agent means any microorganism, virus, infectious substance, or biological product that may be engineered through biotechnology, or any naturally occurring or bioengineered component of any such microorganism, virus, infectious substance, or biological product, capable of causing:
authorized LEA representative means a LEA administrator designated to be responsible for nonpublic school/agencies. It is understood, a representative of the Special Education Plan Local Area (SELPA) of which the LEA is a member is an authorized LEA representative in collaboration with the LEA. The LEA maintains sole responsibility for the contract, unless otherwise specified in the contract.

Contractor Agent means any person mandated by a Prime Contractor or consortium/joint venture to do business for and on behalf of, or to represent in a business transaction, the Prime Contractor and thereby acquire rights for the Prime Contractor or consortium/joint venture against NHLS or an organ of state and incur obligations binding the Prime Contractor or consortium/joint venture in favour of NHLS or an organ of state.
Collateral Agent as defined in the preamble hereto.
Agency Representative A person assigned by a primary, assisting, or cooperating federal, state, local, or tribal government agency or private entity that has been delegated authority to make decisions affecting that agency’s or organization’s participation in incident management activities following appropriate consultation with the leadership of that agency. Area: The lands in a described geographic area that are managed and/or protected by the Parties within this Agreement.
Custodial Agent means the Person who is then the Custodial Agent thereunder.
Supplier Representative means the representative appointed by the Supplier from time to time in relation to this Framework Agreement;
Department Representative means the Manager, Engineering Operations, or designate, who shall represent the Landscape Operations Section for the purposes of this Agreement, or such other person who may be subsequently appointed in writing by the Department Representative and so notified to the Contractor;
Non-Lead Special Servicer means the “special servicer” under any Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
Procurement Representative means the person authorized by ULA’s cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
Authorized Company Representative means any person who, at the time, shall have been designated to act on behalf of the Company by a written certificate furnished to the Issuer, the Remarketing Agent and the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the Company by any officer of the Company. Such certificate may designate an alternate or alternates.
Trustee Representatives has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b).
Contractor Agents means Contractor's representatives, employees, officers, Subcontractors, as well as their employees, contractors, officers, and agents.
Creditor Representative means, with respect to Series 2023-2, the Indenture Trustee.
Customer Representative means the representative appointed by the Customer from time to time in relation to this Call Off Contract;
Contractor’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Contractor for the purposes of the Contract. The initial Contractor’s representative is as indicated in the Form of Agreement.
