HUPEG Entity definition

HUPEG Entity means, in the case of any Property or Transaction, the HUPEG Person that is or will be the purchaser or tenant of or under such Property or Transaction, as the case may be. For greater certainty: (i) the HUPEG Arena Tenant is the HUPEG Entity with respect to the Arena Property and the Arena Transaction; (ii) the HUPEG Concert Hall Tenant is the HUPEG Entity with respect

  • TRS means a taxable REIT subsidiary (as defined in Section 856(l) of the Code) of the General Partner.
