Hurdle Rate of Return definition

Hurdle Rate of Return means the greater of (x) 115% of the Industry Total Return, or (y) 30% (or, if the Class I High Performance Valuation Date is not January 1, 2001, a percentage equal to the return over the Measurement Period that, if compounded annually over three years, would result in a cumulative return of 30%).
Hurdle Rate of Return means a certain agreed level of return (as specified in the Fee Schedule) achieved in a Performance Fee Billing Period calculated on the relevant Performance Fee Billing Period’s opening NAV.
Hurdle Rate of Return means the greater of (i) 23.2% (or if the Measurement Period is less than two years, a percentage equal to the return over the Measurement Period that would result in a cumulative return of 23.2% over a two year period with annual compounding) or (ii) 115% of the Industry Total Return.

  • The Portfolio Manager intends to claim between 10%-40% (ten percent to forty percent) of the upside generated over and above the Hurdle Rate of Return agreed with the Client.

Hurdle Rate of Return means the internal rate of return calculated with respect to each Contributor at a compounded rate of return of [●]4 per cent per annum (pre-tax, but only to the extent of taxes paid by the Trustee on behalf of such Contributor pursuant to Clause 2.26.1(i) and taxes paid by such Contributor on its own behalf), compounded annually.

  • Rate of Return means the rate used to determine the amount credited monthly to a Participant’s Account under Article IV. Such rate shall be determined by the Administrative Committee based upon the net performance of the Earnings Indices selected by the Participant.

  • Hurdle Rate means the minimum annual rate of return over the Net Asset Value at launch, or the beginning of the relevant Performance Period, as applicable, that must be achieved before an Equalisation Performance Fee is applied (details of which are set out in the section headed “Unit Class Information” in the Supplement for the relevant Fund where applicable).   • Hurdle Amount means for the applicable period, an amount equal to 5.0% of the Beginning VPU.

  • Fully Diluted Weighted Average Basis means, when calculating the number of Outstanding Units for any period, a basis that includes (a) the weighted average number of Outstanding Units during such period plus (b) all Partnership Interests and Derivative Partnership Interests (i) that are convertible into or exercisable or exchangeable for Units or for which Units are issuable, in each case that are senior to or pari passu with the Subordinated Units, (ii) whose conversion, exercise or exchange price, if any, is less than the Current Market Price on the date of such calculation, (iii) that may be converted into or exercised or exchanged for such Units prior to or during the Quarter immediately following the end of the period for which the calculation is being made without the satisfaction of any contingency beyond the control of the holder other than the payment of consideration and the compliance with administrative mechanics applicable to such conversion, exercise or exchange and (iv) that were not converted into or exercised or exchanged for such Units during the period for which the calculation is being made; provided, however, that for purposes of determining the number of Outstanding Units on a Fully Diluted Weighted Average Basis when calculating whether the Subordination Period has ended or Subordinated Units are entitled to convert into Common Units pursuant to Section 5.7, such Partnership Interests and Derivative Partnership Interests shall be deemed to have been Outstanding Units only for the four Quarters that comprise the last four Quarters of the measurement period; provided, further, that if consideration will be paid to any Group Member in connection with such conversion, exercise or exchange, the number of Units to be included in such calculation shall be that number equal to the difference between (x) the number of Units issuable upon such conversion, exercise or exchange and (y) the number of Units that such consideration would purchase at the Current Market Price.

  • Adjusted LIBOR Rate means, at any time with respect to any LIBOR Loan, a rate per annum equal to the LIBOR Rate as in effect at such time plus the Applicable Margin Percentage for LIBOR Loans as in effect at such time.

  • Adjusted Prime Rate A rate per annum equal to the sum of (a) the Prime Rate Margin and (b) the greater of (i) the Prime Rate or (ii) one percent (1%) in excess of the Federal Funds Effective Rate. Any change in the Adjusted Prime Rate shall be effective immediately from and after such change in the Adjusted Prime Rate.

If the Five-year Treasury Rate cannot be determined pursuant to the preceding sentence, the Calculation Agent, after consulting such sources as it deems comparable to any of the foregoing calculations, or any such source as it deems reasonable from which to estimate the Five-year Treasury Rate, will determine the Five-year Treasury Rate in its sole discretion, provided that if the Calculation Agent determines there is an industry-accepted successor Five-year Treasury Rate, then the Calculation Agent will use such successor rate. If the Calculation Agent has determined a substitute or successor base rate in accordance with the foregoing, the Calculation Agent in its sole discretion may determine the Business Day convention, the definition of Business Day and the Reset Interest Determination Date to be used and any other relevant methodology for calculating such substitute or successor base rate, including any adjustment factor needed to make such substitute or successor base rate comparable to the Five-year Treasury Rate, in a manner that is consistent with industry-accepted practices for such substitute or successor base rate.

  • LTM EBITDA means Consolidated EBITDA of the Company measured for the period of the most recent four consecutive fiscal quarters ending prior to the date of such determination for which internal consolidated financial statements of the Company are available, in each case with such pro forma adjustments giving effect to such Indebtedness, acquisition or Investment, as applicable, since the start of such four quarter period and as are consistent with the pro forma adjustments set forth in the definition of “Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio.”

  • Rate of Gross Profit means the gross profit earned expressed as a percentage of the turnover during the period between the date of the commencement of the business and the date of the incident.

  • Total effective dose equivalent (TEDE) means the sum of the deep dose equivalent for external exposures and the committed effective dose equivalent for internal exposures.

  • LIBOR Adjustment Date With respect to any Payment Date, the second business day before the related Accrual Period begins. For this purpose, a “business day” is a day on which banks are open for dealing in foreign currency and exchange in London, New York City and Washington, D.
