HVAC Component definition

HVAC Component has the meaning given that term in Exhibit A to the Disbursement Agreement.
HVAC Component means, collectively (a) the Central Plant and (b) the "Other Facilities", as defined in each HVAC Services Agreement.

  • Structural component means a component that supports non-variable forces or weights (dead loads) and variable forces or weights (live loads).
