IAAF Staff definition

IAAF Staff means any person employed or engaged by the IAAF to undertake work for it, or on its behalf (including those employed or engaged to work with the Integrity Unit, unless specified otherwise).

  • The Organiser shall be responsible for full-board accommodation at the Meeting hotel for two nights (maximum of three nights if any field event is staged the day before, see 4.3.2) for the IAAF Technical Delegate, and if appointed, for the Advertising Commissioner, Doping Delegate and two IAAF Staff members.

  • The Inaugural EB Appointments Panel shall operate separately from IAAF Council, Executive Board and IAAF Staff except to the extent that the Chief Executive Officer will ensure the Inaugural EB Appointments Panel is allocated sufficient budget to engage administrative support and professional advice (e.g. legal, executive search), as necessary, to undertake its work.

  • No member of Council, the Executive Board, the Disciplinary Tribunal, the Integrity Unit Board, the Integrity Unit Appointments Panel, the Executive Board Appointments Panel, the Vetting Panel, or any IAAF Staff may be a Delegate.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Rule prevents Relevant Member Federations from corresponding with IAAF Staff on day to day business of the IAAF’s work and Candidate Cities receiving technical explanation, clarification and guidance in respect of their bids (including completion of their Application Forms) from IAAF Staff.

  • Candidate Cities shall not have in-person contacts involving any promotion of a bid with IAAF Officials, Area Officials, other Member Federation Officials, and IAAF Staff during the Bid Process.

  • IAAF Staff shall maintain a strict duty of neutrality at all times, and a Candidate, or person proposing to be a Candidate, shall respect this duty at all times.

Related to IAAF Staff

  • member of staff means a person appointed to or holding a paid office or employment under the authority; and

  • Medical Staff means all physicians, dentists, oral surgeons, and podiatrists who have been appointed to the Medical Staff by the Board.

  • Chief of Staff means the member of the Professional Staff appointed by the Board to serve as Chief of Staff in accordance with the regulations under the Public Hospitals Act;

  • the staff means all the staff who have a contract of employment with the institution;

  • Key Staff means staff in positions of executive or managerial responsibility and/or whose performance affects the viability of the business;

  • certifying staff means personnel responsible for the release of an aircraft or a component after maintenance;

  • Support staff means those staff holding a Part-66 aircraft maintenance licence in category B1, B2 and/or B3 with the appropriate aircraft ratings, working in a base maintenance environment while not necessarily holding certification privileges.

  • Program Staff means a person employed by the local program who is knowledgeable in a particular subject matter. For the purposes of the complaint process, program staff may not be involved in a specific complaint prior to the receipt of the complaint or the request for a review of the complaint.

  • THCA or "Δ9-THCA" means the acid form of THC.

  • Project Staff means the personnel of Contractor and Subcontractors who provide the Work.

  • TAC means Texas Administrative Code.

  • Support staff member means an employee who holds a position for which no certificate issued by the New Jersey State Board of Examiners is required.

  • CM means City Manager of COE appointed in terms of Section 82 of the Local Government: Municipal Structures Act 117 of 1998

  • Teaching Staff means teachers and the principal or head teacher employed at the Academy.

  • Professional Staff means the Medical Staff, Dental Staff, Midwifery Staff and Extended Class Nursing Staff;

  • MSO means a cable operator who has been granted registration under rule 11 of the Cable Television Networks Rules, 1994 and who receives a programming service from a broadcaster and re-transmits the same or transmits his own programming service for simultaneous reception either by multiple subscribers directly or through one or more local cable operators;

  • DTS means Days to Settlement, i.e., the number of actual days elapsed from and including the original Closing Day with respect to such Accepted Note (in the case of the first such payment with respect to such Accepted Note) or from and including the date of the next preceding payment (in the case of any subsequent delayed delivery fee payment with respect to such Accepted Note) to but excluding the date of such payment; and "PA" means Principal Amount, i.e., the principal amount of the Accepted Note for which such calculation is being made. In no case shall the Delayed Delivery Fee be less than zero. Nothing contained herein shall obligate any Purchaser to purchase any Accepted Note on any day other than the Closing Day for such Accepted Note, as the same may be rescheduled from time to time in compliance with paragraph 2B(7).

  • Project Management The individuals appointed by each Party cf. clause 4.1 in the Agreement.
