Vendor Staff definition

Vendor Staff means any of Vendor’s employees, agents, subcontractors or representatives who: (a) provide the Services; or, (b) have access to Citizens Confidential Information.

Round 3: A reference check, as well as the financial review. The financial review will look at commercial risk and cost analysis of all pricing, project schedules, terms and conditions contained within the Response. Round 4: Announce Apparently Successful Vendor.Award of contract. After completing the evaluation phases of the process as set forth above, CTS plans to enter into contractual negotiations with one Apparently Successful Vendor (ASV) with a view to finalizing a contract. Award of contract will depend on a satisfactory outcome to these negotiations. Funding Any contract awarded as a result of this procurement is contingent upon the availability of funding.Additional Products and Services Additional Products or Services that are determined by CTS to be appropriate to the scope of this acquisition may be added to the Contract.Single Use This RFQQ is being issued for Purchaser’s exclusive use. The results of this RFQQ may not be used to satisfy the competitive requirements of any other agency that may choose to purchase similar Equipment directly from the Apparently Successful Vendor (ASV). One (1) ASV will be identified via this procurement.Quantity/Usage Since the Contracts resulting from this solicitation will be designated as “optional-use,” no guarantee of volume or usage can be given.

  • If Xxxxxx knows or learns of circumstances indicating that a Vendor Staff member: (a) lacks the proper training or qualifications to deliver the Services; or, (b) is lacking in honesty or integrity, then Vendor will not allow that person to deliver the Services.

  • All Vendor and Vendor Staff facilities in which Citizens Confidential Information is located or housed shall be maintained in a reasonably secure manner.

  • Further, if Citizens determines that a Vendor Staff member is unsuitable for his/her role under the Agreement for any reason, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, experience, abilities, academic qualifications, credentialing, licensure, veracity, or conduct, Citizens has the right to disallow that person from performing in such role and to require Vendor to promptly provide a qualified replacement reasonably acceptable to Citizens.

  • Key Staff means staff in positions of executive or managerial responsibility and/or whose performance affects the viability of the business;

  • School personnel means professional employee or professional’s delegate of the school district who provides health, educational, social, psychological, law enforcement, or child care services.

  • Pharmacy means prescribed drugs and medicines dispensed by a pharmacist and/or travel and allergy vaccines dispensed by a pharmacist or doctor.

  • Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • Provider Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Provider together with the Provider’s servants, agents, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, Provider’s and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.
