Vendor Staff definition

Vendor Staff means any of Vendor’s employees, agents, subcontractors or representatives who: (a) provide the Services; or, (b) have access to Citizens Confidential Information.
Vendor Staff means any individual employed by the Vendor and assigned to perform the obligations of the Vendor under the contract resulting from this solicitation.

  • Vendor must conduct a criminal background check on each Vendor Staff within one (1) year preceding the date the individual begins to perform Services.

  • In recognition of Vendor's status as an independent contractor, Citizens shall carry no Workers' Compensation insurance or any health or accident insurance to cover Vendor or Vendor Staff.

  • Under no circumstances shall Vendor or Vendor Staff hold itself out as or be considered an agent, employee, joint venturer, or partner of Citizens.

  • Cyber Liability insurance written on a “claims-made” basis covering Vendor and Vendor Staff for expenses, claims and losses resulting from wrongful acts committed in the performance of, or failure to perform, all Services, including, without limitation, claims, other demands and any payments related to electronic or physical security, breaches of confidentiality and invasion of or breaches of privacy.

  • Except as permitted in writing by Citizens’ Contract Manager or designee, Vendor and Vendor Staff shall not store Citizens Confidential Information on portable external storage devices or media (such as “thumb drives,” compact disks, or portable disk drives).

  • Any individual whose criminal background check indicates, to Vendor or Citizens, conduct that demonstrates a lack of honesty or integrity, or otherwise demonstrates an inability to safely and reliably perform Services, will not be allowed to act as Vendor Staff under this Agreement.

Vendor Staff means EY Firms and any of Vendor’s partners, principals or employees, agents, subcontractors or representatives who: (a) provide the Services; or (b) gain access to Citizens Confidential Information in connection with the Agreement.

After completing the evaluation phases of the process as set forth above, CTS plans to enter into contractual negotiations with one Apparently Successful Vendor (ASV) with a view to finalizing a contract. Award of contract will depend on a satisfactory outcome to these negotiations. Funding Any contract awarded as a result of this procurement is contingent upon the availability of funding.Additional Products and Services Additional Products or Services that are determined by CTS to be appropriate to the scope of this acquisition may be added to the Contract.Single Use This RFQQ is being issued for Purchaser’s exclusive use.   • Supplier Personnel means Supplier’s employees, consultants, agents, independent contractors and Subcontractors.

  • Educational personnel means persons who must meet requirements pursuant to state law as a condition of employment in educational programs.

  • Medical Staff means all physicians, dentists, oral surgeons, and podiatrists who have been appointed to the Medical Staff by the Board.

  • Purchaser Personnel means the Purchasers’, and each Purchaser’s Affiliates’, officers, directors (or their equivalent), employees, agents, and contractors of any kind.

  • Pharmacy means prescribed drugs and medicines dispensed by a pharmacist and/or travel and allergy vaccines dispensed by a pharmacist or doctor.

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.

  • Program Staff means a person employed by the local program who is knowledgeable in a particular subject matter. For the purposes of the complaint process, program staff may not be involved in a specific complaint prior to the receipt of the complaint or the request for a review of the complaint.
