IAC Business definition

IAC Business means any line of business that was carried out by any member of the IAC Group during the Reference Period other than the Match Business.
IAC Business means all businesses, operations and activities (whether or not such businesses, operations or activities are or have been terminated, divested or discontinued) conducted at any time prior to the Mandatory Exchange Effective Time by either Party or any member of its Group, other than the SpinCo Business.
