ICANN Policy definition

ICANN Policy ies" means any policies (including but not limited to consensus and temporary policies), specifications, procedures, and/or programs specifically contemplated by the RAA, the Registry Agreement and/or otherwise mandated by ICANN now or in the future.
ICANN Policy means a consensus policy, temporary policy or other policy that may be approved or published by ICANN from time to time.

  • The Transfer Grace Period is a specified number of calendar days following the transfer of a domain according to Part A of the ICANN Policy on Transfer of Registrations between Registrars.

  • Transfers under Part A of the ICANN Policy on Transfer of Registrations between Registrars may not occur during the Add Grace Period or at any other time within the first 60 days after the initial registration.

Related to ICANN Policy

  • Valuation Policy has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.12(b)(ii)(B).

  • Support Policy shall have the meaning given to it in the Support Terms (defined below).

  • SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.

  • R&W Policy means that certain representations and warranties insurance policy issued by the R&W Insurer to the Buyer.

  • CSR Policy means a statement containing the approach and direction given by the board of a company, taking into account the recommendations of its CSR Committee, and includes guiding principles for selection, implementation and monitoring of activities as well as formulation of the annual action plan;

  • Tariff Policy means a Tariff Policy adopted by the Council in terms of Section 74 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000.

  • Security Policy Framework means the Cabinet Office Security Policy Framework (available from the Cabinet Office Security Policy Division);

  • Procurement Policy means ADB’s Procurement Policy - Goods, Works, Nonconsulting and Consulting Services (2017, as amended from time to time);

  • Safeguard Policy Statement or “SPS” means ADB's Safeguard Policy Statement (2009);

  • HMG Security Policy Framework means the Cabinet Office Security Policy Framework (available from the Cabinet Office Security Policy Division) as updated from time to time.

  • FCA Handbook means the FCA Handbook of Rules and Guidance as amended from time to time.

  • Credit Policy means the “New Jersey Infrastructure Bank Credit Policy,” as adopted by the Board of Directors of the I-Bank and as further amended and supplemented from time to time.

  • Xxxxxx Mae Guides The Xxxxxx Xxx Xxxxxxx’ Guide and the Xxxxxx Mae Servicers’ Guide and all amendments or additions thereto.

  • City Policies means any or all (as the context requires) of those procedures, standards and/or standard specifications, requirements, policies and the like listed in Schedule H or notified to the Supplier from time to time, as the same may be updated, modified, expanded, revised, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time by the City (as notified to the Supplier);

  • Risk Management Policy means the Risk Management Policy of the Borrower in effect on the date of this Agreement as amended from time to time.

  • Fair Use Policy means the fair use policy governing the Support Services attached in Exhibit 1, as may be amended by WSP from time to time.

  • Privacy Policy means the terms which set out how we will deal with confidential and personal information received from you via the Website;

  • Policy Framework means a policy framework issued under section 26 of the Act.
