ICC Court definition

ICC Court has the meaning set forth in Section 8(c).
ICC Court has the meaning given in Clause 15.1 of Appendix A (General Terms and Conditions);

Examples of ICC Court in a sentence

  • If no agreement can be found, the arbitrator shall be appointed by the ICC Court.

  • If the arbitrators nominated by each party cannot agree on the appointment of the chairman, the chairman shall be appointed by the ICC Court.
