ICC Court definition

ICC Court has the meaning given in Clause 15.1 of Appendix A (General Terms and Conditions);
ICC Court means the International Court of Arbitration of the ICC.
ICC Court has the meaning set forth in Section 11(c).

Examples of ICC Court in a sentence

  • If no agreement can be found, the arbitrator shall be appointed by the ICC Court.
