ICP Licence definition

ICP Licence means a value-added telecommunications business operating license issued by the SCAB.
ICP Licence means the licence held by the Grantor to provide internet information services and/or content in the PRC;
ICP Licence means an internet content provider licence;

Related to ICP Licence

  • licence means a licence granted under this Act;

  • IP License means all Contractual Obligations (and all related IP Ancillary Rights), whether written or oral, granting any right, title and interest in or relating to any Intellectual Property.

  • Supply Licence means the licence granted to us under section 6(1)(d) of the Act;

  • Generation Licence means an electricity generation licence granted or treated as granted pursuant to section 6(1)(a) of the EA 1989 that authorises a person to generate electricity;

  • relevant licence means a prospecting licence the term of which expires within 12 months after the day on which section 7 of the Mining Amendment Act 2004 comes into operation.
