IDB Business definition

IDB Business means the business of GFI and the GFI Subsidiaries (including all corporate overhead and administrative support functions) other than the Trayport Business and the FENICS Business.
IDB Business means the inter-dealer brokerage business, as conducted by the Company and the Company’s Subsidiaries.
IDB Business has the meaning set forth in the GFI Merger Agreement.
