Examples of Identified Vessels in a sentence

  • Any required consent in connection with the transactions contemplated by any MoA, any Newbuilding Contract, any charter (the “Charters”) or any credit facility or loan agreement (“Credit Facilities”) described in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package and the Prospectus for each of the Identified Vessels has been obtained.

Related to Identified Vessels

  • Covered vessel means a tank vessel, cargo vessel, or passenger vessel.

  • Fleet Vessels means all of the vessels (including, but not limited to, the Ships) from time to time wholly owned by members of the Group (each a “Fleet Vessel”);
