Identified Vessels definition

Identified Vessels means the vessels referred to in Exhibit C.
Identified Vessels means the vessels referred to in Schedule A-2.
Identified Vessels means each of the Navios Lumen and Navios Phoenix to be purchased with Escrow Proceeds.
