identity card means an identity card issued to an investigator under section 11;
Identity Theft means a fraud committed or attempted using the identifying information of another person without authority.
Identity fraud means the act of knowingly transferring or using, without lawful authority, a means of identification of an insured. This must be done with the intent to commit, or to aid or abet another to commit, an unlawful activity that constitutes a violation of federal law or a crime under any applicable state or local law.
Identity proofing means a process or service by which a third person provides a notary public with a means to verify the identity of a remotely located individual by a review of personal information from public or private data sources.
Identity means any chemical or common name which is indicated on the material safety data sheet (MSDS) for the chemical. The identity used shall permit cross-references to be made among the required list of hazardous chemicals, the label and the MSDS.
legal entity identifier means a unique identification code assigned to the person
Identity of Interest means a situation in which a Project Participant has a direct or indirect interest in the ownership of an entity which contracts with a Project Participant to provide land, goods, loans, financial support, or services for the project or where there is a financial, familial, or business relationship that permits less than arm’s length transactions.
Identifying information means the same as that term is defined in § 18.2-186.3, and
Transaction Personal Information has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 9.1;
Identifying number means a symbol or address that identifies only one unit in a common interest community.
Special Personal Information means Personal Information as referred to in Section 26 of POPIA
Uniform business entity application means the current version of the NAIC Uniform Business Entity Application for resident and nonresident business entities.

Requesting Person shall have the meaning set forth in Section 25 hereof.
Personal Identifying Information or “PII” means information that alone, or in conjunction with other information, identifies an individual, as defined at Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 521.002(1).
Unique entity identifier means a number or other identifier used to identify a specific commercial, nonprofit, or Government entity. See www.sam.gov for the designated entity for establishing unique entity identifiers.
Identification card means an identification card issued under Title 53,
Static Pool Information Static pool information as described in Item 1105(a)(1)-(3) and 1105(c) of Regulation AB.
Student Personal Information means information collected through a school service that personally identifies an individual student or other information collected and maintained about an individual student that is linked to information that identifies an individual student, as identified by Washington Compact Provision 28A.604.010. For purposes of this DPA, Student Personal Information is referred to as Student Data.
Gender identity or expression means a person's gender-related identity, appearance or behavior, whether or not that gender-related identity, appearance or behavior is different from that traditionally associated with the person's physiology or assigned sex at birth, which gender-related identity can be shown by providing evidence including, but not limited to, medical history, care or treatment of the gender-related identity, consistent and uniform assertion of the gender-related identity or any other evidence that the gender-related identity is sincerely held, part of a person's core identity or not being asserted for an improper purpose.
Identifier means information that a user:
Names The Charxxx Xxxwxx Xxxily of Funds" and "Trustees of The Charxxx Xxxwxx Xxxily of Funds" refer, respectively, to the Trust created and the Trustees as Trustees but not individually or personally, acting from time to time under an Agreement and Declaration of Trust dated as of October 20, 1989, as amended and restated on May 9, 1995, to which reference is hereby made and a copy of which is on file at the Office of the Secretary of State of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and elsewhere as required by law, and to any and all amendments thereto so filed or hereafter filed. The obligations of "The Charxxx Xxxwxx Xxxily of Funds" entered into in the name or on behalf thereof by any of the Trustees, representatives or agents are not made individually, but only in such capacities, and are not binding upon any of the Trustees, Shareholders or representatives of the Trust personally, but bind only the assets of the Trust, and all persons dealing with any series of Shares of the Trust must look solely to the assets of the Trust belonging to such series for the enforcement of any claims against the Trust.
Unique item identifier type means a designator to indicate which method of uniquely identifying a part has been used. The current list of accepted unique item identifier types is maintained at http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/pdi/uid/uii_types.html.
Supporting information means the experience and judgment of the filer and the experience or data of other insurers or organizations relied on by the filer, the interpretation of any statistical data relied on by the filer, description or methods used in making the rates and any other similar information required to be filed by the commissioner.
Rating Information means any information provided for the purpose of determining the initial credit rating for the Notes or undertaking credit rating surveillance on the Notes (as contemplated by paragraph (a)(3)(iii)(C) of Rule 17g-5).
