Identity of Transfer Agent Sample Clauses

Identity of Transfer Agent. The Transfer Agent for the Common Stock is Corporate Stock Transfer, Inc. with a mailing address of 3000 Xxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx #000, Xxxxxx, XX 00000. Upon the appointment of any subsequent transfer agent for the Shares, the Company will mail to the Warrant Holder a statement setting forth the name and address of such transfer agent.

Identity of Transfer Agent. Forthwith upon the appointment of any Transfer Agent for the Shares or of any subsequent Transfer Agent for Shares issuable upon the exercise of the rights of purchase represented by the Warrants, the Company will file with the Warrant Agent a statement setting forth the name and address of such Transfer Agent.

Identity of Transfer Agent. Following the appointment of any transfer agent for the Common Stock or of any subsequent transfer agent for shares of the Common Stock or other shares of the Company's capital stock issuable upon the exercise of the rights of purchase represented by the Warrants, the Company will file with the Warrant Agent a statement setting forth the name and address of such transfer agent.

Upon the appointment of any subsequent transfer agent for the Common Stock or other shares of the Company’s capital stock issuable upon the exercise of the rights of purchase represented by the Warrant, the Company will mail to the Warrantholder a statement setting forth the name and address of such transfer agent.

Identity of Transfer Agent. The transfer agent for the Common Stock is Island Stock Transfer, Inc. Upon the appointment of any subsequent transfer agent for the Common Stock or other shares of the Company’s capital stock issuable upon the exercise of the rights of purchase represented by the Warrant, the Company will, within five (5) business days, mail to the Holder a statement setting forth the name and address of such transfer agent.

Identity of Transfer Agent. The Transfer Agent for the Common Stock is Pacific Stock Transfer Company. Upon the appointment of any subsequent transfer agent for the Common Stock or other shares of the Corporation’s capital stock issuable upon the exercise of the rights of purchase represented by this Warrant, the Corporation will mail to the Holder a statement setting forth the name and address of such transfer agent.
