IDX Customer definition

IDX Customer means any Person that has entered into a written agreement with IDX pursuant to which IDX provides any of its core products, including without limitation Practice Management Systems, IDXrad(TM), and LastWord(R) (the "Core Products"), all Affiliates of such Person, and all Persons receiving the benefit of any of the Core Products by or through such Person or Affiliates of such Person including without limitation those IDX Customers as set forth in the Development Plan.
IDX Customer means, in each case as of January 4, 2006, any Person located in the U.S. that has entered into a written agreement with IDX pursuant to which such Person has been granted a license by IDX to any IDX Practice Management Products, as set forth in Annex B to this Schedule 1.
IDX Customer means any customer of DX that is licensed to use any product sold by DX and any and all entities that have access to such product through such customer, including without limitation IDXrad Customers and LastWord Customers.
