Immediate destination definition

Immediate destination means the next scheduled stop of a commercial motor vehicle already in motion where the cargo on board can be safely secured.

  • F.O.B. Destination means goods are to be delivered to the destination designated by the user which is the point at which the user accepts ownership or title of the goods.
