Immediate destination means the next scheduled stop of a commercial motor vehicle already in motion where the cargo on board can be safely secured.
Immediate precursor means a substance which the Board of Pharmacy has found to be and by regulation designates as being the principal compound commonly used or produced primarily for use, and which is an immediate chemical intermediary used or likely to be used in the manufacture of a controlled substance, the control of which is necessary to prevent, curtail, or limit manufacture.
Immediate Supervisor means the person immediately superior to an employee who directs and supervises the work of that employee.
