Industrial Property Rights means all of the Company's patents, trademarks, trade names, inventions, copyrights, know-how or trade secrets, formulas and science, now in existence or hereafter developed or acquired by the Company or for its use, relating to any and all products and services which are developed, formulated and/or manufactured by the Company.
Processes with Significant Environmental Aspects means the Equipment which, during regular operation or if not properly operated or maintained, may cause or are likely to cause an adverse effect.
Excluded Intellectual Property means any Intellectual Property (including Software, but excluding Trademarks), owned by Seller and its Affiliates as of the date hereof that is not Acquired IP.
Third Party Intellectual Property Rights means any Intellectual Property owned by a third party.
Business Intellectual Property means the Owned Intellectual Property and the Licensed Intellectual Property.
