Implementation Administrator definition

Implementation Administrator means the vendor agreed to by the Parties and retained by Teva and Allergan to provide notice pursuant to Section X.A and to manage the initial joinder period for Subdivisions and Special Districts, including the issuance and receipt of Settlement Participation Forms.
