Import Permits definition

Import Permits means those permits held by the Sellers or any Affiliate of the Sellers in connection with the Business that are required to import products or components of products of the Business into any one or more jurisdictions covered by each such permit.
Import Permits and the requirements detailed in Appendix "Building Requirements" and Appendix "Building Completion Specifications" shall be a condition precedent to the Seller's commitment to perform within the time period specified under the Section entitled "Installation of Supplies" hereof, and any delay or interruption by the Buyer in meeting its obligations under this Agreement in a timely fashion shall extend the Seller's time to perform under this Agreement including but not limited to Seller's time to exercise and perform under the option for accelerated delivery and acceptance outlined in Appendix "Accelerated Delivery and Acceptance Option", by a period equal to the period of the Buyer's delay or interruption plus, if shipment and/or delivery is delayed by Buyer's fault or at Buyer's request, an additional period not to exceed four weeks to reschedule shipment and/or delivery of the Supplies and/or personnel as may be required.

  • You acknowledge that the Software is subject to restrictions and controls imposed by the Export and Import Permits Act (Canada) and regulations enacted under the Export and Import Permits Act as well as the U.S. export controls regulations administered by the U.S. Dept.

  • You acknowledge and agree that the Software is subject to restrictions and controls imposed by the Export and Import Permits Act (Canada) and regulations thereunder, the United States Export Administration Act and regulations thereunder, and other applicable national and international laws and regulations relating to the export of the Software (collectively, the “Export Laws”).

  • Buyer shall ensure that Products are exported in compliance with all applicable laws, including US Export Administration Regulations and the Export and Import Permits Act (Canada), and all regulations thereunder including the Export Control List and Export Permit Regulations.

  • You acknowledge that the IMGING App, the Service, its related website and related services delivered hereunder are subject to restrictions and controls imposed by the Export and Import Permits Act (Canada) and regulations enacted thereunder, as well as US export control laws and regulations, including US trade embargoes, sanctions and security requirements administered by the United States government, including the US Department of Commerce.

  • You agree not to use the Credit Card or the Credit Card Account for any Transaction which may be subject to sanctions under the United Nations Act, Special Economic Measures Act and/or Export and Import Permits Act.

  • In addition commodities, technology, or software may be subject to embargoes and export controls administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control and the U.S. Department of State and are subject to all applicable export laws and regulations of Canada, including but not limited to the Export and Import Permits Act (R.S.C. 1985, c.E-19).

  • Definitions Specific to Canada general import statistics means statistics issued by Statistics Canada or, where available, import permit data provided by the Export and Import Permits Bureau of the Department of External Affairs and International Trade, or their successors.

Related to Import Permits

  • Applicable Permits means all clearances, licences, permits, authorisations, no objection certificates, consents, approvals and exemptions required to be obtained or maintained under Applicable Laws in connection with the construction, operation and maintenance of the Project Highway during the subsistence of this Agreement;

  • Consents, Clearances and Permits means all authorizations, licenses, approvals, registrations, permits, waivers, privileges, acknowledgements, agreements, or concessions required to be obtained from or provided by any concerned authority for the purpose of setting up of the generation facilities and/or supply of power;

  • Governmental Approvals means all authorizations, consents, approvals, permits, licenses and exemptions of, registrations and filings with, and reports to, all Governmental Authorities.

  • Environmental Permits means all permits, licenses, authorizations, certificates, approvals or registrations required by any Governmental Authority under any Environmental Laws.

  • Licenses and Permits means all foreign, local, state and federal licenses, permits, registrations, certificates, Contracts, consents, accreditations and approvals necessary for the operation of the Business.

  • Governmental Authorizations means any approval, consent, license, permit, waiver, or other authorization issued, granted, given, or otherwise made available by or under the authority of any Governmental Entity or pursuant to any Legal Requirement.

  • Environmental Authorizations means all licenses, permits, orders, approvals, notices, registrations or other legal prerequisites for conducting the business of the Borrower required by any Environmental Requirement.

  • Draft permit means the version of a permit for which the permitting authority offers public participation and, in the case of a Class I draft operating permit, affected State review.

  • Permits and Licenses means any approval, consent, license, permit, waiver, exception, variance or other authorization issued, granted, given, or otherwise made available by or under the authority of a government or governmental agency or under any applicable law, regulation, rule or order.

  • Final permit means the version of a permit issued by the Department that has completed all review procedures required by Chapter 14, and for a Class I permit, Chapter 13.

  • Authorizations means licenses, certificates, permits, orders, approvals, determinations and authorizations from Governmental Authorities having valid jurisdiction.

  • Export Control Laws means (a) the U.S. Export Administration Regulations and all other Laws adopted by Governmental Authorities of the United States and other countries relating to import and export controls and (b) the anti-boycott regulations administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. Department of the Treasury and all anti-boycott Laws adopted by Governmental Authorities of other countries relating to prohibition of unauthorized boycotts.
