Important activity definition

Important activity means any relationship or direct or indirect connection of a financial, social or family nature between the business partner or a representative thereof and any of the Company's employee/collaborator.

  • relevant activity means the use by a farmer of the product of his harvest for propagation or multiplication by him on his own holding, where the product of the harvest constitutes or contains protected material;

  • Competitively Sensitive Information means non-public information and data specific to a utility customer which the utility acquired or developed in the course of its provision of utility services. This includes, without limitation, information about which customers have or have not chosen to opt out of community choice aggregation service. (See D.97-12-088, App. A, Part I.D.)

  • Development Activity means any activity defined as Development which will necessitate a Floodplain Development Permit. This includes buildings, structures, and non-structural items, including (but not limited to) fill, bulkheads, piers, pools, docks, landings, ramps, and erosion control/stabilization measures.

  • IMPORTANT means the feature is a high priority for the applicant(s). ‘Not Important’ means it is not of high priority to the applicant(s). ‘Don’t Want’ should be selected where the applicant(s) expressly do not want the feature.
