Imported Brands definition

Imported Brands means (i) all brands of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Parent or its Subsidiaries set forth on Schedule 1-A hereto and any other sub-brands of such brands, and (ii) subject to Section 5.19(b), all Additional Imported Brands.
