Improper Account Access definition

Improper Account Access has the meaning given to it at section 12.1.

Examples of Improper Account Access in a sentence

  • If you report that there has been an Improper Account Access related to your Account, and there is no evidence to suggest fraud or deliberate or grossly negligent behaviour by you, we will reimburse you in full for all unauthorised transactions sent from your Account provided that you have informed us of the Improper Account Access without undue delay and in any event, no later than 13 months after the first Improper Account Access transaction was executed.

  • Where we believe in our reasonable opinion that further investigation is required to ascertain more clearlythe circumstances surrounding the reported Improper Account Access, we will follow the same process as set out in section 12.3 above for such investigation.

  • If you report and we verify that there has been an Improper Account Access related to your Account and there is no evidence to suggest fraud or deliberate or grossly negligent behaviour by you, we will reimburse you in full for all unauthorised transactions sent from your Account provided that you have informed us of the Improper Account Access without undue delay and in any event, no later than 13 months after the first Improper Account Access transaction was executed.

Related to Improper Account Access

  • Client Account means the unique personalised account of the Client consisting of all Completed Transactions, Open Positions and Orders in the Trading Platform, the balance of the Client money and deposit/withdrawal transactions of the Client money.

  • User Account means an account under the name of the Customer in relation to the Service subscribed by the Customer.

  • Customer Account Information means personally identifiable information including Personal Data and Consumption Data. Customer Account Information also includes information received by the Company from the customer for purposes of participating in regulated utility programs, including, but not limited to bill pay assistance, shutoff protection, renewable energy, demand-side management, load management, or energy efficiency.

  • Client Accounts means accounts of Clients (i) that are Controlled by an Access Person and (ii) in which no Access Person has a substantial proportionate economic interest; provided that, the Client pays a management, advisory or any other similar arms-length fee to the Access Person and the beneficiary of the Client Account is not an Immediate Family member of an Access Person.

  • Customer Account means an account carried by a Participant on behalf of a Customer.

  • Billing Account is the checking account from which all Service fees will be automatically debited.

  • Merchant Account means the merchant account facility agreed between you and the Merchant Acquiring Bank.

  • Project Account means the account referred to in Section 3.03 of this Agreement;

  • Concentration Account has the meaning provided in Section 6.13(c).

  • Concentration Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Business Account means an Account used primarily for business purposes and not for personal, family, or household purposes.

  • Payment Account means a segregated non-interest-bearing corporate trust account maintained by the Property Trustee for the benefit of the Holders in which all amounts paid in respect of the Notes will be held and from which the Property Trustee, through the Paying Agent, shall make payments to the Holders in accordance with Sections 3.1, 4.1 and 4.

  • Online Account means the Bank account from which you will be conducting transactions using a Service;

  • Information processing system means an electronic system for creating, generating, sending, receiving, storing, displaying, or processing information.

  • Project Accounts means the Revenue Account, the Operating Account, the Maintenance Capital Expense Account, the Debt Service Reserve Account, the Insurance and Condemnation Proceeds Accounts and the Extraordinary Proceeds Account, including any sub-account within such accounts.

  • Compliance account means a NOx allowance tracking system account, established by the U.S. EPA for a NOx budget unit under section 10 of this rule, in which the NOx allowance allocations for the unit are initially recorded and in which are held NOx allowances available for use by the unit for an ozone control period for the purpose of meeting the unit’s NOx budget emissions limitation.

  • Concentration Account Agreement as defined in subsection 4.16(b).

  • Internet Access means a service that enables users to access content, information, electronic mail or other services over the internet. Internet access does not include telecommunication services provided by a common carrier.

  • Operating Account means a demand deposit account maintained at the Funding Bank in Borrower's name and designated for funding that portion of each Eligible Loan not funded by a Warehousing Advance made against that Eligible Loan and for returning any excess payment from an Investor for a Pledged Loan or Pledged Security.

  • In-Service Account means a separate account to be kept for each Participant that has elected to take in-service distributions as described in Section 5.4. The In-Service Account shall be adjusted in the same manner and at the same time as the Deferred Compensation Account under Section 8 and in accordance with the rules and elections in effect under Section 8.

  • Lockbox Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.7.1 hereof.

  • Direct access means access to a patient or resident or to a patient's or resident's property, financial information, medical records, treatment information, or any other identifying information.

  • Segregated Account means a client bank account as defined by and held in accordance with the Applicable Regulations.

  • Public School Student Accessing Courses at a Distance means a student who is scheduled for a full course load through the District and attends all classes virtually.

  • Employer Account The Participant's Matching 401(k) Contributions Account, Matching Thrift Contributions Account, Employer Contributions Account, Qualified Matching Contributions Account and Qualified Nonelective Contributions Account, as the case may be.
