Improved Lot definition

Improved Lot means any Lot upon which is located, found, placed, or constructed any Improvement. As applied to an Improved Lot, “Improvement” means all buildings, streets, roads, driveways, parking areas, fences, retaining and other walls, hedges, poles, docks, antennas and any other structure of any type or kind.
Improved Lot means a lot that has a substantially completed building or structure on it, and an associated substantially completed potable water supply and wastewater system that may or not be located on the lot.
Improved Lot means each tax parcel of land that has located thereon improvements such as a building, garage, shed, storage facility, or any other type of structure providing housing, storage, or any type of service of use. Improved Lots may have located thereon Residential Unit(s) and/or Non- Residential Unit(s).

  • The sale of the Property covered by this Agreement is intended to be made pursuant to the Improved Lot Exemption and to comply with the requirements of the Improved Lot Exemption and shall be construed consistent with the Improved Lot Exemption.

More Definitions of Improved Lot

Improved Lot means any Lot, as described below, containing a structure or residence complying with the planning and specification requirements imposed by the Architectural Control provisions contained within this Declaration, including any properly enacted amendments, modifications and revisions.
Improved Lot means a Lot as to which: either (A) (i) a graded pad has been substantially completed and (ii) infrastructure, roadway access and stubouts for utilities have been substantially completed to the Lot’s boundary or (B) the purchaser of such Lot has purchased such Lot subject to the completion of the items in clause (A) by WBKD.
Improved Lot means and refer to a lot upon which there has been constructed a residential unit for which a valid certificate of occupancy has been issued by applicable governmental authorities.
Improved Lot means a Lot upon which a Residence has been constructed and such Residence is occupied by the Owner or its tenants.
Improved Lot. , when used herein, shall mean and refer to a parcel of land with a lateral extending into the property line.
Improved Lot means a Lot upon which there has been constructed a villa unit or single-family unit for which a valid Certificate of Occupancy has been issued by applicable Governmental authority.
Improved Lot or “Improved Townhome Lot” shall mean a Lot (i) upon which there is located a structure for which a certificate of occupancy has been issued by the applicable Authorities, and (ii) which has been sold to a Person who is not the Declarant.
