Townhome Lot definition

Townhome Lot means any lot or parcel of land that is located within the Community and has been designated or restricted for use as a site for a duplex or other attached single family dwelling pursuant to any amendment hereto or supplemental declaration referring to this Master Declaration, made in accordance with
Townhome Lot or “Lot” shall mean and refer to the lots numbered 1 through 32, as shown on the recorded plat of Lexington Park, and any additional property which may later be brought within the jurisdiction of the Association and the Declaration, but does not include the Common Areas. With respect to any single-family portion of any Building that may be constructed on a part of more than one of such lots, “Townhome Lot” shall mean and refer to the real estate conveyed in connection with such dwelling unit.
Townhome Lot means a Lot which is intended for development, use, and occupancy as a townhome or a single-family attached residence, as shown on the Plat, but are distinguished from the single family homes which may share a common Courtyard Area.

More Definitions of Townhome Lot

Townhome Lot means and refer to any plot of land shown upon any recorded subdivision map of the Properties, upon which an attached single family dwelling, is or is to be situated, with the exception of the Common Area. An attached single family dwelling is a single-family dwelling that shares a common wall with another single family dwelling.
Townhome Lot means and refer to any Lot approved for development of townhome (single-family attached) dwellings.
Townhome Lot means any parcel of land shown on the Plat upon which a Townhome Rental Unit is constructed or upon which a Townhome Rental Unit may be constructed, together with all improvements located thereon from time to time
Townhome Lot means and refer to the real estate conveyed in connection with such dwelling unit.
Townhome Lot means and refer to a Lot that is subjected to the Declaration that is not part of or anticipated to be a part of any condominium.

  • Mutual housing corporation means a corporation not-for-profit,

  • Crosswalk means that part of a roadway at an intersection included within the connections of the

  • Lot, Corner means a lot abutting upon two (2) or more streets at their intersection.
