Incentive Plans definition

Incentive Plans means any incentive, bonus, deferred compensation or similar plan or arrangement currently or hereafter made available by Employer in which Executive is eligible to participate.
Incentive Plans shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 3.3(d) hereof.
Incentive Plans means the Company’s (i) 2004 Incentive Plan, as amended from time to time, (ii) 2011 Incentive Plan, as amended from time to time, and (iii) any Long-Term Incentive Plans entered into between Executive and the Company.

Incentive Plans means any plan or arrangement pursuant to which the Company or the Partnership may compensate its directors, officers, employees, consultants or service providers.
