Incentive Plan definition

Incentive Plan means any plan providing compensation that depends on achieving certain performance goals or similar conditions within a specified period;
Incentive Plan means any plan or arrangement pursuant to which the Company may compensate its employees, consultants, directors and/or service providers.
Incentive Plan shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 5(c).

More Definitions of Incentive Plan

Incentive Plan means the Company’s Executive Performance Incentive Plan.
