Each Party shall furnish the other Parties with copies of all relevant correspondence received from any Taxing Authority in connection with any Tax Contest with respect to the Business for any Pre-Closing Tax Period.
Each Party agrees that it shall not take any position in any Tax Return or with any Taxing Authority that is inconsistent with the foregoing in this Section 6.10.
