Examples of Increasing Member in a sentence

  • The purchase of any Additional Units by an Increasing Member shall be effective as of the first calculation of Net Asset Value following the payment therefor or on such other date or time that the Board in its discretion deems appropriate.

  • If such Reducing Member fails to make such designation within five (5) Business Days after written demand by the other Member (the "Increasing Member"), the Increasing Member may designate by written notice to the Reducing Member one or more (as appropriate) of the Reducing Member's designees on the Board of Managers that will cease serving on the Board of Managers and each such designee shall thereupon cease to be a Manager or member of the Board of Managers.
