Examples of Indecent liberties in a sentence
Aggravated assault, including but not limited to• Assault resulting in serious physical injury or• Assault involving use of a weapon:• Assault on a school employee, simple or aggravated.• Indecent liberties with a minor.• Possession of a firearm or other weapon.• Possession, use or sale of any controlled substance.• Rape or sexual battery.• Other sexual offenses.• Murder or other homicide.• Kidnapping or other violent acts, such as fighting.
The appellant contends the evidence is factually and legally insufficient to prove his guilt of: (1) Any of the offenses due to inconsistent and erroneous statements made by the alleged victim; (2) Conspiracy where the evidence failed to show the appellant’s wife intended to or made any agreement to obstruct justice; and (3) Indecent liberties where the Government failed to present evidence that the acts occurred after the effective date of the relevant statute.
