Indemnification Expiration Time definition

Indemnification Expiration Time is defined in Section 8.10(a).
Indemnification Expiration Time means the date that is 18 months after the Closing Date.

  • L/C Expiration Date means the day that is seven days prior to the Maturity Date then in effect (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day).

  • Indemnification Escrow Agreement means that certain Indemnification Escrow Agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D, with such changes as may be agreed to among the Buyer, the Seller and the Escrow Agent.
