Independent Choices Program definition

Independent Choices Program means the program described in OAR Chapter 411, Division 30, which is a self-directed in-home services program where a participant is given a cash benefit to purchase goods and services that are identified in the participant's service plan and prior approved by Aging and People with Disabilities (APD) or an AAA.
