Independent Choices Program definition

Independent Choices Program means the program described in OAR Chapter 411, Division 30, which is a self-directed in-home services program where a participant is given a cash benefit to purchase goods and services that are identified in the participant's service plan and prior approved by Aging and People with Disabilities (APD) or an AAA.
Independent Choices Program means a self-directed in-home services program in which a participant is given a cash benefit to purchase goods and services identified in the participant's service plan and prior approved by the Department or the Area Agency on Aging.
