The Fund may not be able to achieve its objective and may be terminated if the Licence Agreement is terminated and the Manager is unable to identify or agree with the Index Licensor or any other index licensor terms for the use of a suitable replacement index that uses, in the opinion of the Manager, the same or a substantially similar formula for the method of calculation as the FTSE EPRA Nareit Asia ex Japan REITS 10% Capped Index.
All assets of the Fund shall be determined by reference to bid prices furnished by the Index Licensor, a pricing service or by brokers approved by the Manager and the Trustee.
